Frequently Asked Questions

We’re here to assist with any questions about the AEUNA & AEYF Biennial Conference. You’ll find helpful information below. If you need anything further,

please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help.

Q: How can we get from the airport to the hotel?
A: The hotel is very close to the airport and provides a 24-hour shuttle service. After leaving the terminal,

go to the shuttle area and look for the Sheraton Airport Hotel shuttle. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes

from Door #8 in the arrivals area.

Q: Can we arrive a day or two before the event, and is there a discounted rate if we book through you?
A: Yes. We have a discounted hotel rate available for up to three days before and three days after the event.

Q: Can I request a room with 2 queen beds?
A: Rooms available for double occupancy include either two double beds or one king bed. There are no

rooms with queen beds.

Q: Should I contact the hotel directly for changes or special requests?
A: We kindly ask that you do not contact the hotel directly, as it becomes difficult to manage changes outside our system. If you have any preferences or requests, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Q: Is parking included?

A: Yes, guests staying at the hotel will receive complimentary parking vouchers. Those making their own accommodation arrangements will be responsible for parking fees, which are approximately $30 per day.

Q: Can we make our own sleeping arrangements and still participate in the conference?

A: Yes, we offer a package without hotel accommodation. Anyone over the age of 21 may register for this

option, which includes all conference amenities except lodging. Please note that breakfast is included in

this package and cannot be excluded.

Q: Is childcare available for young families at the conference?
A: Yes. A certified childcare team will care for children during conference sessions and meetings.

A fun and engaging program will be offered to ensure children have a memorable experience while

parents attend sessions. Children will remain with their parents during meals and free times.

Q: Will there be special meals for vegetarians or those with allergies?
A:Yes, the hotel chef can prepare special meals for individuals with dietary restrictions. Please indicate

your needs in your registration form or email biennial@aeuna.org prior to the conference. Unfortunately,

last-minute requests cannot be accommodated.

Q: Where will the Sunday morning service take place, and how do we get there?
A: The Sunday service will be held at the First Armenian Evangelical Church. For those without a car, transportation will be provided by the church. However, after the service, each person will need to arrange

their own transportation.

Q: What communication methods will be used during the conference?
A: The schedule will be announced regularly during the main sessions. In addition, we will send updates via WhatsApp throughout the weekend. Please ensure you download the app on your phone before the conference.

Q: Is there any special price for Canadians?
A: Unfortunately, there is no special pricing for Canadians specifically. However, Canadian churches may

choose to subsidize part of the cost for their members. We encourage you to reach out to your church

to explore this option.
