Pastor Mark has a Masters in Theology from Tyndale Seminary and a PhD in Theology from Université Laval.  He is the President of the Institut de Théologie pour la Francophonie (ITF), which offers university level pastoral, biblical and theological training to students from all over the world. He is VP and Associate Pastor of Eglise Nouvelle Vie, overseeing 11 sites that gather 10,000 people every weekend. He is VP and executive director of L’Association Chrétienne pour la Francophonie. 
Him and his wife of 42 years, Sue, are parents of two grown children, Jay and Ashley, and two grandsons, Jasper and Jensen.
Has had the privilege of preaching at camps, conventions, conferences, and retreats in over twenty countries including the General Conferences of the PAOC, the CAOG, the Assemblies of God of France, the French West Indies, and French Polynesia.
